- All Contact Parts are in AISI SS 316/316L and Non-Contact Parts are in AISI SS 304
- To assure WFI quality & increase the life of equipment, inner contact surfaces are electro polished
- Double tube sheets are constructed in the first column where boiler steam is present
- All Pipes & Tubes are Seamless as per ASME & BPE stamping with less than 0.5Ra
- PLC based system for automated operation with all required inter locks & validated logic with skid mounted AISI SS 304 control panel with printing facility
- All Silicon / PTFE / Viton Gasket are in cGMP Pharma Food Grade
- High Purity Flow Diversion Valve is provided for protection of WFI water quality
- Insulation is made with 5cm mineral wool covered by AISI SS 304 sheet
- Magnetic Control System is provided for first & last column to control Water i.e. high level & low level
